| 1. | Any unsold lots must be removed by the Seller on the night after the sale prior to being paid out for sold lots [unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Auctioneer] |
| 2. | Any unsold lots that are not removed by the Seller [as per clause 1] will become the property of the Auctioneers and will be disposed of as the Auctioneers see fit. |
| 3. | The Auctioneer and the Seller will agree reserve prices prior to the auction and the prices and descriptions of the goods being entered into the auction will be entered on to our sellers form. |
| 4. | Sellers must provide proof of identity and sign a declaration [at the end of our sellers form] that the goods are theirs to sell. |
| 5. | Buyers and Sellers must be over the age of eighteen. |
| 6. | Bidders paddle is £1.00. |
| 7. | Lots may be paid for and collected during the sale only where a member of the auction team is available to assist. |
| 8. | Unsold lots may be collected during the sale only where a member of the auction team is available to assist. |
| 9. | Buyers and Sellers pay a flat commission of 10% on all lots sold, there are no other charges whatsoever. |
| 10. | The Auctioneers do not insure goods for sale and will not be held liable for any losses or damages howsoever incurred. Having said that, the Auction team take the security of your goods seriously and any high value items can be locked in glass cabinets and only handled by potential purchasers with a member of the Auction team in attendance. |
| 11. | The Same Day Auction team reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone they so choose, or to delay or suspend the Auction if anyone behaves in a disruptive manner and is asked to leave the premises. |
| 12. | All items are as found and inspected by the purchaser and are not liable for return to the auctioneers who are acting as agents for the sellers. |
